JELLO ICEBOX CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. pineapple, crushed
1 c. pecan pieces
1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello
1 box graham crackers

In mixer bowl whip sugar, eggs, butter and Crisco. Next mix in pineapple and pecans. In a large Pyrex dish place a layer of graham crackers, a layer of whipped ingredients, a layer of graham crackers, until the finished layer is crackers. Make Jello and chill ahead of time. Beat with fork and spread over cake. Keep refrigerated.
