OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. All Bran cereal
2 tbsp. orange juice
3/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oats, flour and baking powder in bowl. Beat eggs. Add brown sugar. Add salt, milk and oil and beat well. Stir in bran cereal and allow to soak for 20 minutes. Add remaining dry ingredients and juice. Add raisins. Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.
