BROCCOLI PUFF | |
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli 1 c. milk 1 c. Bisquick 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded, Cheddar cheese Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain. Beat Bisquick milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. I do not cover dish. Drained whole kernel corn can also be used in place of the broccoli. |
