BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook broccoli; drain. Beat baking mix, milk, and eggs with mixer until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
