BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, partially cooked
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Add milk to mushroom soup and heat. Add cheese and heat until cheese melts. Place broccoli in 9" x 13" casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over broccoli. Blend crackers and butter. Sprinkle over broccoli and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
