BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs, salt with a hand beater until smooth.

Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into dish or casserole. Bake until knife- inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
