BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli 1 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl mix milk and eggs. Add Bisquick, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. Add cooked and well drained broccoli, stir in cheese. Pour into a well greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake about 1 hour (when knife comes out clean). |
