BROCCOLI PUFF 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 (11 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, until puffy and light brown.
