BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg

TOPPING:

1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli, drain and mix with other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
