BROCCOLI PUFFS 
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

325 degree F. oven.

Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook frozen broccoli as directed on package and drain.

Beat by hand Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth.

Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into dish.

Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out dry and clean. Serve immediately.

Prefer dark yellow Cheddar cheese.
