BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut up
2 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli; omit salt. Drain well and put in a greased 8"x6" pan. Stir milk and cheese, mayonnaise and egg to soup until well blended. Pour over broccoli and combine the melted butter and crumbs and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
