BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 5-cup souffle or 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook broccoli until tender and drain well. Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese and pour into pan. Bake approximately 1 hour until top is golden. Yield: 6 servings.
