BROCCOLI OR SPINACH PUFF 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli (or spinach) as directed; drain. Put in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Combine soup (straight from can), cheese, egg and mayonnaise. Pour over vegetables. Combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
