BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli 1 c. Bisquick 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 c. milk Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli as directed; drain. Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs, and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into dish. Bake about 1 hour. Serves 6. |
