BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cook and drain 1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs until smooth. Add broccoli, cheese, and onion. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until knife comes out clean, about 45-55 minutes. |
