PINA COLADA BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/8 - 1/4 c. coconut

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Cool.
