HAWAIIAN BREAD | |
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 5 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda Combine all ingredients in order given. Bake in 3 (9 x 5 x 3 inch) loaf pans for 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees. Better made the day before. |
