HAWAIIAN NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. chopped nuts

Set oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan well. Sift together dry ingredients set aside. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Combine bananas, pineapple and juice in separate bowl.

Stir dry ingredients and fruit mixture alternately into creamed mixture. Begin and end with dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes. Bake 60 to 75 minutes.
