HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD | |
3 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 c. nuts, chopped 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. veg. oil 2 c. bananas (very ripe), mashed 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 tsp. vanilla Combine dry ingredients and sift together; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans (1 hour) or 4 small. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely before wrapping. |
