HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. (about 5) mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat sugar, eggs, oil. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and pineapple. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in chopped nuts. Put batter in 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 pans. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
