PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. diced bananas

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugar and oil. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients, add to first mixture. Fold in pineapple and bananas. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour or more.
