BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. bran
1 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses

Mix and sift flour, soda, and salt. Add other ingredients. Bake in buttered muffin tins 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 18 muffins.

RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS:

Add 3/4 cup seeded raisins to bran.
