BANANA PINEAPPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mashed banana
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Drain pineapple, then add. Add banana and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add to previous mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
