PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD 
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix in nuts and set aside. Combine eggs and oil with the dry ingredients. Add bananas, pineapples and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon into 2 loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
