HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes.
