2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 sm. jars or 1 lg. jar of baby food plums

Cream sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add and mix well flour, cinnamon, cloves and plums. Stir in nuts. Oil tube or bundt pan or 6 miniature loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Miniature pans approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
