2 c. self rising flour
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars baby food plums
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beat one at a time
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift spices in with flour and sugar. Beat in vanilla with eggs. Cook in bundt pan at 350 degrees. Two jars of baby food prunes maybe substituted for the plums. Icing: pecan and coconut.
