CHOCOLATE CREME DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick butter
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3 sm. pkgs. vanilla pudding
4 c. milk

Press flour, butter and nuts into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Cook pudding and milk. Cool and spread on crust. Top with Cool Whip mixture.
