COFFEE BRANDY CREME DESSERT 
1 pkg. (.25 oz.) unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. hot, strong coffee
2 tbsp. brandy or coffee flavored liqueur (optional)

Combine gelatin and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add brandy to coffee and add to mixture. Pour into 4 individual dessert cups and chill until set. Serve with low calorie whipped topping, if desired.
