COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cake mix, pudding, water and oil in a mixing bowl and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, to the mixture and beat well after each egg. Then add vanilla and butter flavoring and beat on High for 6 minutes.

In another bowl, mix: 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cinnamon

Grease a bundt pan and cover the bottom with 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Add the sugar mixture and batter alternately. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Vanilla
