CAPPUCCINO POUND CAKE 
1 c. softened, unsalted butter
2 c. dark brown sugar
7 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. BLAIR powdered cinnamon
1/4 c. heavy cream
4 tsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture, folding in well. Pour into a 10 inch greased and floured tube pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cake rack and cool.
