3/4 pkg. Oreo cookies
40 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
7 tbsp. creme de menthe
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Roll out cookies and line an 8"x10" pan with 3/4 of the crumbs. Combine marshmallows and milk in double boiler, melt over boiling water. Cool. Add creme de menthe and fold in whipped cream. Spread over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
