SAUCE FOR ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
Juice of 2 oranges & the grated rind of 1 orange
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
Scant tbsp. flour
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Mix all ingredients except whipping cream and cook slowly until thick; cool. Fold in the 1 pint of whipped cream. Refrigerate. Serves 8.
