SAUCE FOR ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar with 1 tbsp. cornstarch added
2 eggs, beaten
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp. flour in a little water
1 c. whipped cream
1 tsp. grated orange/lemon rind

Cook all ingredients, except the whipped cream in a double boiler. Cool the mixture and fold in the whipped cream. Add grated lemon or/and orange rind, if desired.
