MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
1 sm. bag miniature marshmallows

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat, sift flour, cocoa and salt and add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and nuts, pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Sift sugar and cocoa mix with melted butter. Add milk and vanilla and nuts.
