PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 loaf of frozen bread (white or wheat) 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 egg yolk 1 c. pepperoni slices Let the frozen bread thaw, but do not let ir rise, nor do you knead it. After it has thawed take a rolling pin and roll out in width as flat as you can. Next take the egg yolk and spread it over your dough. After that is done layer your cheese and pepperoni. Now you roll the dough, when it comes to the end let the dough overlap a little and pinch together. Push the ends in and pinch together. Take a fork and poke holes in the top. Take a cookie sheet greased and place your loaf on it. Place into 350 degree oven and let bake for 15 minutes or golden brown. |
