PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. pepperoni

Follow directions on package for thawing of white bread. Cut loaf into 2 pieces. Roll dough out on greased cookie sheet. Add 1/4 pepperoni thinly sliced over the bread. Add 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese, enough to cover entire bread and pepperoni. Roll up lengthwise (like a nut roll), sealing the seam and the ends. Repeat with other loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Cut into strips, about 1 inch thick. Makes 2 loaves.
