ROSETTES 
2 eggs, beat well
3 tsp. sugar
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 sm. can Carnation milk

Mix eggs and sugar together. Add Carnation milk. Mix. Add to the regular milk to make 2 cups of milk. Mix well.

Let it stand for at least 1 hour and then make your rosettes.

Use pure vegetable shortening from "Aldes". 3 pound can - use the whole can for frying.
