ROSETTES 
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Mix all together with rotary beater. Fry in deep fat. Put rosette iron in hot fat before dipping in batter. Be careful not to let batter come up over top of iron. Fry about 15 seconds. Sprinkle with sugar.
