BAKED TOMATOES AND CORN 
6 med. tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Basil
3 c. corn
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
3 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Boiling salt water

Slice tops from tomatoes and scoop out insides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and basil. Combine corn and green pepper and place in water for 3 minutes. Drain; add bacon, butter, and pepper. Stuff tomatoes. Bake until soft at 350 degrees.
