IRISH STEW 
1 lb. boneless stew meat
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. water
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomatoes sauce
1 c. baby lima beans
1 c. green peas
1 c. chopped carrots
2 potatoes, cubed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash red pepper
Dash paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. chopped okra

Roll stew meat in flour and brown in oil with onion and celery. Add water, tomatoes and tomato sauce. simmer 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except corn and okra. Simmer 30 minutes. Add corn and okra and simmer until meat is tender. Great with cornbread.
