IRISH STEW 
20 lb. ground beef
15 lb. potatoes
6 cans tomato juice
6 cans tomato soup
2 med. or 1 lg. onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce

In skillet brown ground beef; drain and add soy sauce. In large Dutch oven, add tomato juice, tomatoes, soup, potatoes, and onion. Bring to a boil. Add ground beef. Reduce heat to very low and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or cornbread.
