CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon, (optional)

In saucepan, mix water, cocoa and fats together. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour, sugar and salt that has been mixed together. Do this while the chocolate mixture is still hot. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat well. Pour in greased 15 x 10 x 2 inch pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 24 serving.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped or 1 c. coconut

While cake is baking, combine butter, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add nuts and/or coconut. Pour over hot cake.
