“ZUCCHINI SQUASH CASSEROLE” IS IN:

ZUCCHINI SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. bacon drippings
6 small zucchini squash, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh Italian flat parsley, chopped

Sauté the above for 5 minutes in extra virgin olive oil.

4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix well; add squash mixture. Pour into buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes.
