HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake 1 hour 25 minutes. It makes 2 large loaves or you can make several small loaves.
