BAKED FRENCH-STYLE POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Peel potatoes; cut as for French fries. Mix oil and mustard in large bowl. Add potatoes; mix until coated. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with any remaining mustard mixture and salt and pepper to taste. Bake, covered with foil, at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer or until brown.

Different mustards change the taste; try brown mustard or Dijon.
