CHEESY EASY CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 can prepared pie filling (your choice)

Cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add sour cream and blend until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip being careful not to over mix and pour into pie shell. Top with topping of your choice. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
