EASY CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

In an 8 or 9-inch square pan (Pyrex dishes work well), mash cream cheese with fork until very soft. Add sugar, flour, and salt. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Mix briskly with a fork until well blended. Scrape down sides of pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Spread with pie filling and chill.
