ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. bacon (uncooked)
1/2 lb. chopped ham
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Oregano
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
2 loaves frozen bread dough

Set dough out and let rise for 4 hours. Brown sausage and set aside. Chop ham and bacon; set aside. Roll dough about the size of a large pizza pan. Put 1/2 of sausage, 1/2 of ham and 1/2 of bacon on dough; spread out. Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper, salt and oregano over meat mixture. Next sprinkle Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of grated Mozzarella cheese over mixture. Next roll dough and mixture into a roll.

Tuck ends under and seal with a little water on tips of fingers. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and spread with butter. Serve warm. Makes 2 loaves.
