SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen (thawed) uncooked white bread
1 lb. sausage
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onion
1 sm. can mushrooms

Brown and drain sausage. Roll thawed bread to about the size of a cookie sheet. In the center of bread, in a line, place in this order, cheese, sausage, onion, mushrooms. Overlap sides of bread and turn flap side down onto greased cookie sheet. Tuck in ends. Paint top and sides with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and paint with butter. Serve warm.
